2. Sims 4 Height Sliders. The sims 4 slider allows you to change your sim physical appearance. There are multiple sliders available for each body part. Download your favorite slider mod to have a little bit of fun in the game. Sims 4 Shoulder Height Slider. The mod allows you to change the front and back facing should height for all gender.
